Rain, Rain, Rain

The sky's have opened up, here in the Lone Star State! It seems like we have been in a drought forever, but yesterday we had a system come up through Mexico that has turned the tap on. Our lakes (there are a bunch of them in our area) have been turning into big mud holes over the past year or two. We would get a little storm here and there but for the most part it just stays bone dry. When we would get a system coming through we would get sever weather and have seen a lot of tornado damage, but precious little rain. It is nice to see a good soaker, when we can get 'em!

The Seeds of Life

I am waiting on my seed order to get here, the USPS Tracker says that they are in Fort Worth as of yesterday, so maybe they will be here today or tomorrow. I can't wait to witness the miracle of life happening once again! Nature is fun!
